ARCS (Automated Residential Community Service)

ARCS is a universal platform system that allows homeowners associations to self-manage, or make the lives of community managers easier by automating their common tasks.

ARCS centralizes the flow of information between residents, renters, service providers, committees, boards, and management companies to improve compliance, reduce costs, and provide a uniform experience.

Here is just a short list of ARCS’s Features:

  • Allows residents to maintain their information with their association, including managing their dues, handling any violations, sending notices to particular committees or be a part of them, view how their association is doing, and more.
  • Automates the payment process for dues and check payments, and processes payments electronically through PayPal or Elavon merchant solutions.
  • Mobile applications to allow covenant inspectors to quickly spot, and record violations.
  • Automates many common processes for property managers including recording or clearing violations, handling dues, sending communications, generating compliance reports, and financial planning.
  • Ability to send voice, email, or sms alerts to residents.
